PART 5 - PROPERTY TAX RELIEF FOR DISABLED 
Question Mark This section must be completed by all disabled applicants seeking property tax relief. Disabled applicants (or a co-owner) must own at least 50% of the property and have been certified by SSA as permanently and totally disabled or if the applicant (or a co-owner) are receiving District or Federal government disability payments. Please see the instructions for additional information regarding eligibility.
 
At least one owner must be certified by the Social Security Administration (SSA) as permanently and totally disabled or be receiving District or Federal disability payments and have at least 50% ownership of the property. To qualify for disabled tax relief in tax year 2020, total household federal adjusted gross income for 2018 must be less than $134,550.
